Yenə yapraqlar düşür (Leaves Are Falling Again) |
The Turkish-language play Leaves Are Falling Again will be performed in Urmia from February 13 to 17.
According to local newspapers, the play, accompanied by Ashiq music as well as tar and bağlama performances, will be staged at the Urmia Art and Culture Complex, which operates under Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
The play, directed by Parisa Kazimi, was written by Tovhid Najafzadeh. The musical performers (soloists) for the production include Ashiq Gholam Reza Alizadeh, Amir Rezayi, and Alir Rezayi.
The Leaves Are Falling Again project has been organized with the support of the Green Leaf Construction Company and the West Azerbaijan Province Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
