On October 26, thousands of supporters of the Tractor Sazi football team gathered at Tabriz's Sahand Stadium, chanting slogans to protest the ban on women entering stadiums in Iran.
The fans of Tractor Sazi chanted, "In Sahand Square, the seats of Turkish girls are empty!" and sang songs in support of gender equality, which drew the attention of various socio-political groups in Iran.
Additionally, hundreds of fans in the stadium sang the words "The daughters of Azerbaijan, the stars of the sky, the stadium paths are waiting for them..." as a song.#TractorSazi proved once again that it is much more than just a football team. During the match played at Tabriz's Sehend Stadium in the 25th minute, tens of thousands of fans chanted, "In Sehend Stadium/The Turkish girl's place is empty," protesting the ban on women entering the stadium.

The supporters of Tractor Sazi, the football team of Tabriz, which is known as a 'symbol of Turkish identity' in Iran, have previously chanted slogans, displayed banners, and raised issues such as demands for education in the Turkish language, support for political prisoners, and protests against the drying of Lake Urmia.
In March of the previous year, during an AFC Champions League match between Tractor Sazi and Al Jazira, two women were arrested by security forces for attempting to enter the stadium dressed in men's clothing.
